“For things to change, first I must change” – wisdom from an unknown source, but good advice for learners and educators alike.
I’m simultaneously impressed by the tremendous efforts of some people around the world who are striving to transform education and depressed by the slow progress of change since computers were introduced to classrooms in the 1980s. However, it’s always best to focus on the positive so here I am joining a MOOC to share a journey about Change : Education, Learning and Technology.
Having retired from the primary school classroom four years ago I have no further commitments to the profession but my love of learning and great interest in ICT encourages me to participate and extend my personal learning network.
